Tour Information

Departure time	Summer (3/21–10/31) 9:00 AM– / 2:00 PM– Winter (Nov 1 - Mar 20) 9:00 AM / 1:30 PM
Meeting point	Please come to the marine counter in front of the beach by 30 minutes before the tour starts (no transportation is provided).
Duration	About 2 to 3 hours

Participation requirements	You cannot board a plane on the same day after participating in a dive. Please wait at least 18 hours after diving before boarding a flight. Pregnant women and intoxicated individuals are not allowed to participate. If you have a preexisting medical condition, please contact us in advance.
Cancellation policy	Please note that cancellations and date changes made by the customer from 5 days prior to the participation date will incur the following cancellation fees. ・From 12:00 a.m. local time 5 days before the event date until 11:59 p.m. local time 4 days before the event date: 30% of the total reservation amount ・From 12:00 a.m. local time 3 days before the event date until 11:59 p.m. local time 2 days before the event date: 50% of the total reservation amount ・From 12:00 a.m. local time one day before the event date until 11:59 p.m. local time one day before the event date: 100% of the total reservation amount ・Same-day cancellation: 100% of the total reservation amount

• Children are not allowed to participate alone.
• Please note that since boat capacity is limited, if you are participating for boarding only (accompanying someone), a snorkeling fee will still apply.
• It can be held even in rainy weather, but it will be canceled in the event of a typhoon or dangerous weather conditions.
• If you do not follow the guide's instructions or engage in dangerous behavior, the tour may be interrupted.
• Due to a high volume of applications, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
