We offer tours such as snorkel tours, introductory diving, four-wheeler buggy tours, jet ski activities, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), kayaking, and deep-sea fishing experiences at the beach inside the Ishigaki Seaside Hotel in Kabira, Ishigaki City, Okinawa Prefecture. Because we operate a wide variety of tours, you can get involved in a diverse range of tasks.

Beginners welcome

• Even with no prior experience, as long as you enjoy customer service, you're welcome!
• Preference will be given to those with qualifications such as a boat license or dive master, as well as those with practical experience.

Hourly wage from 1,000 yen to 1,500 yen

• Overtime pay provided separately
• If you commute by your own car, a transportation allowance will be provided separately according to company regulations (800 yen per day × number of days worked for commutes from the Ishigaki city area).

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 actual working hours)

• Overtime of about 1 hour per day during the season
• Overtime pay paid separately (overtime rate 25%)
• We are open to discussing overtime work.
• Transportation provided from Ishigaki city center to the workplace (Kabira)

• 8 days off per month / shift system (working on days off may be required during busy seasons; holiday work allowance paid separately)

• Salary increases periodically based on performance

• Company housing available: 3LDK share type or studio apartment (housing fee 20,000 yen or 30,000 yen + actual utility costs separate)
• Employee cafeteria (300 yen per meal) available

Diving instructor certification

• Please consult with us if you currently hold a Divemaster certification.

Monthly salary of 240,000 to 300,000 yen

• We will take your past experience into consideration. Those with 3 or more years of practical instructor experience plus captain experience will start at a monthly salary of 260,000 yen.
• Overtime pay provided separately
• The above monthly salary includes a housing allowance (10,000 yen/month) and transportation expenses (20,000 yen/month).

Please note the following two points:

Transportation expenses will not be provided when using a shuttle or company vehicle.

If you use the dormitory, housing assistance will not be provided.

• Overtime of about 1 hour per day during the season
• Overtime pay paid separately (overtime rate 25%)
• We are open to discussing overtime work.
• Transportation provided from Ishigaki city center to the workplace (Kabira)

• 6 days off per month / shift system (Working on days off may be required during busy seasons; separate allowance for working on days off will be paid)
• Includes company-specific refresh leave (5 consecutive days taken 3 times a year, for a total of 15 days of leave)
